This was my very first chase, on April 23, 2000. I had no clue what the heck was going on, and pretty much sat back quietly.

Then David handed me the video camera. We didn't really get much, as you'll see from the pictures. There's the storm. There's Barb watching the storm. There's our chase vehicles on the side of the road. There's Joe and David talking things over. We did see a bit of lightning activity, however. As you can see, I wasn't very handy with the camera, so these are somewhat blurry. The most exciting event all day...a brief rotation.
